Get column on based on multiple conditions

Hello

In my report I have a table which has columns "TYPE" ,"Meter Size".I have few conditions to display Type- 
 For the types which contains"TMS" then meter sizes"1,3/8,5/8"  must be displayed.For other TYPES all Meter Sizes musst be displayed.

 IF(
    CONTAINSSTRING(SELECTEDVALUE(T_MeterSize[Activity Type]),"TMS"),
    "1,3/8,5/8",
    SELECTEDVALUE(T_MeterSize[Meter Size])
 )

here is the report

For the types which contains"TMS" then "TMS TYPE" having meter sizes"1,3/8,5/8"  must be displayed.For other TYPES all Meter Sizes must be displayed.
