Formato condicional a columna texto

Hola a todos

tengo una columna condicional tipo texto, con dos valores "a tiempo" y "tarde", necesito dar formato de color sea al texto o al fondo, donde de acuerdo al valor sea el formato de la celda? Como puedo hacerlo?

En este caso necesitaria que las celdas que dicen a tiempo esten en color verde y las que dicen tarde en color rojo
