Format number from K unit to 1000 units

Hello Community, 

I have the following graph scatter plot below 

On the Y axis, numbers are display in K units. The field on the Y axis is not summurized. 

I would like to change to 1000 units. So for example, instead of having 35K, I would like to have 35.000. 

Is  there a way to do this ?

Do you refer to change the format? Go to the format pane > Y axis > 

I'm not sure if this is what you need
