Different dashboards per employee for performance dashboards

Hi.  I am trying to figure our a way to have a separate KPI dashboard for each member of staff.  The metrics are the same across the team but each individual will have different scores.  I would like to avoid having 22 different files that I have to update weekly.  Each member of staff should only see their own scores due to privacy.  Thank you for your time.
