DISTINCTCOUNT correct by days BUT incorrect by month

Hi Experts,
I have a simplified dataset like below:


I require a measure to be able to count the DISTINCT OL_id filtering out any OL_id that has a value of <0 .

POC_Qty = CALCULATE ( DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Sales'[Area_Id] ); 'Sales'[SaleDal] > 0 )

How to get the correct result by the month?

I know this is a pretty old thread but i think

POC_Qty = CALCULATE( SUM ( DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Sales'[Area_Id] )); 'Sales'[SaleDal] > 0 )

should work.
