Count Consecutive Months before Blank month

Hello Team,

I need your help, cannot solve the issue I have. Please help me to create a measure to get the below results

I need to count consecutive Months from the last available month in the data set for Users (column ID)

My data in power bi 

Result I want to achieve. So for each user id count number of months before "Blank" month. If the last month is blank or 0 don't count
