Conditional formatting based on "Shown as percentage" in pivot table

Hi!

I got a Pivot table that shows the same value as an absolute, as well as a percentage of the row total, see below.

I want to highlight values based on the percentage they represent, so that 0% is always white and 100% is always the other end.

Above, it's formatted based on n, so the highest number (93) is way darker then the two fields above it, even though the percentages are similar.

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
