Chart does not work when I'm adding new parameter

Hello. 

I'm new using PBI and I'm trying to create a chart with some reading values vs the time of the year The idea is have te option to select just one value of all the meassurements. 

So I'm trying to add a new parameter as I show here.

this is the result 

But when I try to add the parameter to the chart doesn't shows anything in the chart. I'm replacing the values in Y axis with the new parameter measurement. 

If some one can help me with some direction of why this could happend.

maybe they're  not summing in the parameter, try summing each one of them in a measure then combine the measures in a field parameter .

The problem is that when I create the new measurement with a sum of each one only shows the total sum for all the values that I have. But  anyway I follow your tip and apply the new parameter with the new measurementand  a soon as I change it in the chart does not shown anything 😕
