Can´t get files from two different folders in OneDrive for Business

Hello,

I have one folder to which I can access from OneDrive (Business). I do it using "Get data from Sharepoint folder". It gets the excel files without any problem.

Now I am trying to get other excel files, and I have asked the person who did put the files to open a new OneDrive for Business account, not to mix the older excel files with the new one. I get access to this new adress, but I see nothing from Power BI. If I go through an Internet Explorer, I can see the files:

Does anybody know what is happening? Thanks a lot. Best regards,

Chema Ortega

Hi @Chema_Ortega ,

You can try replacing the window account with this user who did put the files and try again to connect to the folder.
