@Idrissshatila , that's right. Measures cannot as a legend but calculated columns can.
Although I'm not sure what your measure looks like, you could also try parameter, which can also be put into the legend, and create parameter with its own slicer, which can dynamically change what is rendered in the map following what you select in the slicer.
