Calculate average from given rownumber

I have a table and a function where i calculate the first and last rownumber. What I expect is the following:

Actually untill now i got this:

My bodyComp3 calculation is:

VAR LS =
    CALCULATE (
        AVERAGE ( usermeasurements[BodyCompositionOverall] ),
        FILTER ( usermeasurements, usermeasurements[AppointmentId] = [LastValue] )
    )
RETURN
    LS / 10

Here are the steps you can follow：

1. Create measure.

BodyComp3 =
DIVIDE(
MAXX(FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Group]=MAX('Table'[Group])),[BodyComposition]),10)
