Apply and close is not visible in Customize current theme

Apply and close is missing in Customize current theme due to which i am not able to apply changes in my current selected theme.

Try to closed from task manager and open again. 
or
Install new version of power bi desktop. 

Or reduce the size of power bi dekstop and try to open customize current theme.
