Hi all
We use Microsoft Teams as an internal helpdesk function where users post questions and the rest of the Team answers. What I am interested in is analyzing this data with things like:
- number of new posts per person, per month
- replies per person
- doing that per channel within the Team
Is there a way to link the Team into PowerBI so that I can look at all of this?
There appears to be a way I could use Power Automate to get all the data into a .csv and then add that but that seems a silly solution
Thanks
Fred
The only existing native connector Power BI currently has for Microsoft Teams is for Personal Analytics (which won't be useful for your objective) so you'll need to find a workaround/2+ step approach to get to that data.
Try leveraging the automation option you found.
