Add "system" measures that reflect the current Power BI settings

Add the ability to link to measures that contain:

• current time zone
• date of last modification of the report file
• the theme colors values
• canvas size of the current page
• number and title of the currently selected page
• paths to current Direct Query models
• name of the workspace where the report is published 
• and other parameters
