Hola

Tengo un MATRIX que muestra los valores como se muestra a continuación:

¿Es posible obtener una línea de borde por encima de Interés fijo o al principio de los encabezados de fila en MATRIX.

No se pueden controlar las líneas a nivel individual, una opción puede ser crear un formato condittional para el fondo o texto y aplicarlo solo a los totales:
