Si tengo una tabla como la adjunta, quiero contar los valores en la columna "entradas" pero contar sólo un valor para cada usuario en coulmn " correo de usuario " , ¿Cómo hacer eso??

Puede elegir crear una medida como esta:
Measure =
CALCULATE (
SUM ( 'Table'[Entreirs] ),
ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[User Mail] )
)
Además, si desea mostrar el resultado en la tabla, puede colocar la columna [Correo de usuario] y [Entreris] en la tabla para obtener el mismo resultado sin crear ninguna medida.

Distinct User = DISTINCTCOUNT ( Table[User] )
