Uso y quirófique en KPI

Tengo la siguiente consulta para contar el número de empleados:

SELECT COUNT(EmployeeId) FROM Employee
DONDE (ExitDate ES NULL O ExitDate > GETDATE())
Y (EmployeeStatus 'In' Or EmployeeStatus''In (Exit confirmed)')
Y CurrentRecord 1 Y Deshabilitado0

Quiero traducirlo a un KPI como el siguiente:

HeadCount - CALCULATE(SUM(DimEmployee[EmployeeId]),ISBLANK(DimEmployee[ExitDate])- DimEmployee[ExitDate]>TODAY()
, Y (DimEmployee[EmployeeStatus] á"In" DimEmployee[EmployeeStatus] ?"In (Exit Confirmed)"),DimEmployee[CurrentRecord]-1,DimEmployee[Disabled]-0)
Pero estoy recibiendo este error :
Se pasaron muy pocos argumentos a la función AND. El recuento mínimo de argumentos para la función es 2.
