Porque tiene filas donde el valor de [Precisión de proyección 2] está en blanco y PowerBI ve en blanco como < .08, por lo que le da un 0. Puede cambiarlo para que solo regrese si [Precisión de proyección 2] no está en blanco.

muchas gracias.. todo esto funcionó.. una última pregunta :).. Cuando tomo suma y luego divido por otro número, ¿por qué aparecería como 0?
@mmowrey , 7 / 18 = 0.3888. Si su medida [Debajo del objetivo dividido por el recuento de DriveID] tiene el formato de Número entero o a 0 decimales, se mostrará como cero.
