Seleccione el valor máximo de un grupo basado en otra columna

Observe como en la siguiente tabla:

Tabla:

¿Cómo puedo escribir una fórmula para una columna en otra tabla (relacionada con la Tabla A (por id)), que contiene TableA[value] seleccionado como MAX(TableA[key]) para cada grupo TableA[id]?

En otras palabras, para las filas relacionadas con TableA[id]-1, debe contener 'c' y para las relacionadas con TableA[id]-2 debe contener 'f'.
