Hola - Estoy tratando de obtener un "recuento distinto" de los dos valores diferentes en la columna calculada a continuación. Más específicamente, quiero un recuento distinto de la Orden , asociado a cada línea que contiene uno de esos valores.

Podrías referirte a @FrankAT enfoque. Sólo estoy agregando algunas instrucciones adicionales usando DISTINCTCOUNT() cuando hay datos duplicados.
