Problema con la actualización de octubre de 2021: ya no se puede abrir el archivo PBIX.

Desde la actualización de octubre de 2021, al intentar abrir mi archivo PBIX, recibo este mensaje de error (y el archivo simplemente no se abre):

Lo probé en mi computadora portátil y parece estar funcionando ... No funciona en mi PC de escritorio.

Después de una serie de reinstalaciones, instalaciones, reinicios, etc., el problema finalmente se escapó.
