Power BI Desktop no responde

Estamos teniendo problemas con Power bi llegar a unresponsive. Cuando se carga el archivo por primera vez, puede hacer clic en alrededor.. pero si vas a decir Excel y vuelves no responderá a ningún clic del ratón. En el administrador de tareas, parece que se está ejecutando y consumiendo recursos del sistema. Sucede en varios archivos.

Tenemos que entrar en taskmanager y eliminar el servicio para cerrarlo.

Cualquier trabajo o una nueva versión para solucionar este problema (usando marzo de 2020)

Hola

Puede matar en el administrador de tareas y actualizar power BI

Solía tener el mismo problema, pero lo hacía de esta manera y trabajaba para mí.

No he llegado a este problema actualmente. Mi versión de Power BI Desktop: 2.79.5768.721 de 64 bits (marzo de 2020).

Intente desinstalar Power BI Desktop e instalar la versión más reciente: 2.79.5768.1082. A continuación, intente abrir el archivo de nuevo.

@synergised parece un problema específico de la máquina, ¿podría probar en otra máquina. Está funcionando bien en mi extremo y estoy usando marzo de 2020
