Necesito tu apoyo con lo siguiente. Tengo un archivo con aprox. 120000 líneas donde el texto dentro de las celdas se rompe por líneas.
La única información que necesito de este texto son las posiciones 12 y 13 (ver captura de pantalla a continuación) donde usaré para categorizar el tipo de los tickets.
Un problema al que me enfrento es que el texto y el lenguaje en estas dos posiciones cambiarán según el país y debido a esto una columna condicional u otra posibilidad como la sustitución de texto se convertiría en un muy largo debido a todas las contonaciones que se crearán.
Por lo tanto, me gustaría pedirle una sugerencia sobre cómo resolver esto, Si es posible extraerlo, entonces puedo transtale a un idioma global como el inglés y trabajar con esto en un colunm calculado.
Por favor, hágamelo saber en caso de que necesite más detalles

@datanau001 es siempre 12 y 13 líneas independientemente del idioma? En caso afirmativo, entonces debería ser directo. Adjunte un archivo de datos de ejemplo. eliminar/redactar información confidencial antes de compartirla.

Vea un ejemplo adjunto con el contenido de descripción de 7 tickets.
Quité la información confidencial y guardé en ella las etiquetas. Sólo una corrección: 12 y 13, las posiciones son 10 y 11.

@datanau001 genial, vea el archivo pbix adjunto, hay muchas tablas, pero centrarse en la tabla tickets y en los datos de transformación, mire los pasos de consulta, puede ajustar el paso según sus necesidades. Supongo que esto te ayudará a empezar.
