@DevadathanK parece que está complicando demasiado su cálculo, de todos modos, puede utilizar la función HASONEFILTER para comprobar si está en la línea total y luego crear un cálculo diferente
Measure =
IF ( HASONEFILTER( Table[Room] ), <<your average calculation>>,
DIVIDE( SUM ( Table[MathCol] ), COUNTROWS( VALUES ( Table[Room] ) ) )
)
ajustar la medida anterior según su necesidad.
