Introduzca un índice único para cada día

Hola, chicos

Tengo la siguiente tabla, datetime y un valor, esta foto muestra sólo ne día 7 de agosto sin embargo tiene mucho más,

Me gustaría obtener un conteo cummulative de cada día único en la tabla, por ejemplo el 7 de agosto obtiene 1, sin preocuparse por el tiempo, entonces el 8 de agosto el 2 y así sucesivamente, ¿cómo puedo lograr esto?

Debe dividir la fecha y hora en 2 columnas durante la carga de datos. También debe obtener una tabla de calendario para informes más sólidos. https://exceleratorbi.com.au/power-pivot-calendar-tables/

Puede intentar utilizar la siguiente fórmula de cálculo de columna si cumple con sus requisitos:

Index=
COUNTROWS (
    SUMMARIZE (
        FILTER (
            ADDCOLUMNS ( ALLSELECTED ( Table ), "Date", DATEVALUE ( Table[EndDateTime] ) ),
            [Date] <= EARLIER ( Table[EndDateTime] )
        ),
        [Date]
    )
)

Yo usaría el DATEDIFF('table'[EndDateTime],today(),DAY) y crear una columna, suena bien.
