Estoy tratando de obtener el plazo promedio (incluyendo horas de trabajo y excluyendo vacaciones, fines de semana y años bisiestos) entre una fecha de inicio (creationDate) y la fecha de finalización (completionDate). Cada registro está registrado en este formato:
12-9-2016 15:01:00.
30-8-2019 13:23:00
etc.
Sé que DATADIFF existe, pero esto no obtiene el resultado que necesito. ¿Cómo incluyo parámetros que solo cuentan horas de 08:30 a 17:00 sin fines de semana y festivos?

¿Hay alguna manera de contar también el día actual? Por ejemplo, ¿cuándo está vacío el campo de fecha de finalización? ¿Así que cuenta hoy por hora?
