Función de búsqueda

¿Hay alguna función de búsqueda de palabras que pueda implementar - tengo un número de objetos visuales que tienen características de texto - por lo que me gustaría agregar algo donde puedo simplemente buscar 1 palabra dentro de toda la página o incluso todo el informe? Cualquier ayuda sería apreciada... Gracias.

Thank you @amitchandak   Is there any just like a search box type visual where you can just start typing key words and it will come up with verbiage.  I was trying to look on the smart filter by okviz but didn't see that feature.
