Formato condicional Totales Filas no Columnas

Esperemos que esto se pueda resolver bien. Tener una matriz, necesito dar formato a los totales, pero solo para el total de ROW, no un total de columna. Tengo el formato funcionando bien, pero también está formateando totales de columna. Lo que tengo es tiempo por empleado por departamento por día, para una semana determinada. Bueno, necesito formatear el total de la fila EMPLOYEE, no el total del día de la semana para el departamento. Gracias de antemano!

Desafortunadamente, solo puede aplicar formato condicional a valores, totales o ambos. No puede elegir qué totales.
