Encontrar el segundo valor mínimo

Hola tienen una tabla como la siguiente

Necesito encontrar el valor Min para cada día. sin embargo, todos los días tienen 0 en él y min (latencia) dará 0 para todo el día.

Pero quiero mostrar el siguiente valor mínimo. Por ejemplo: 32 para 13-04-20 y 5 para 14-04-20.

Por favor, ayúdame a lograrlo.

Min Value = 
CALCULATE ( MIN ( Table[Latency] ), ALLEXCEPT ( Table, Table[Date] ), Table[Latency] > 0 )

Me imaginé que lo siguiente también funciona

@LP28 desea evitar el uso de la función FiLTER, ya que puede ser muy costosa en conjuntos de datos más grandes. ¡Salud!
