Eliminar comas en columnas concatenadas

Tengo tres columnas calculadas, Clientes, Cuentas y Personal que quiero concatenar en una columna. He creado esta columna calculada, pero noto que las comas siguen apareciendo si una de las tres tablas está en blanco.

Asistentes - Citas[Clientes] & ", " & Citas[Cuentas] & ", " & Citas[Personal]
Así que mi columna se ve así si sólo hay un campo de cliente disponible.
