Medida 2 - SUMX(SUMMARIZE('Product Sales Report','Product Sales Report'[All Segment.All Segment Level 01],'Product Sales Report'[Material.Material Level 01],"_1",[Total Qty Inc Foc FY16-17]),[_1])

Trate como

averagex(summarize(table,Table[product category],Table[material],"_1",[<Your measure>]),[_1])

¿Son todos sus datos? Puede crear una nueva columna como:

Material = LEFT([Materials,FIND([Materials],"[") - 1)

A continuación, sólo tiene que poner que en su visual y usted debe obtener una sola fila y la suma que desea.
