Contar los días de uso de una aplicación

Hola
El número de días entre fechas a las que me refiero es el siguiente:
En la tabla siguiente se registra la fecha en que un usuario abre un documento de Word en este caso.

Tendría que agregar una columna que indicara los días en que se utilizó la aplicación "Word". Por ejemplo, con el filtro de fechas del 09/01/2020 al 09/30/2020, en ese mes el usuario sólo tiene documentos abiertos los días 3, 5 y 28, en este caso en la tercera columna debe indicar 3 días.

He estado pensando una y otra vez y no he podido saber por dónde empezar, espero que puedas darme alguna idea.

Parece que te gustaría obtener el conteo distinto, ¿probaste esta opción?

su entrada de muestra y nuestra cuenta no coincide.

Muestree su entrada en un conjunto pequeño y proporcione la salida deseada para esa entrada en particular.

Por lo que pude entender, Por favor, pruebe el siguiente código.

Calculate(distinctcount('table'[nom_users]), ALLEXCEPT('table','table'[File]))

The apologies for not giving me to understand, I will try to be more precise:
The following image shows how the data is approximately.

in this other image is the result, which tells us that AMENCISOV got to use the software "Word" in three days (10, 11 and 14) and "APACHASP" only one day (21). I think that the result should be given in a new table "CALCULATETABLE" and that as a calculated column I don't see that it is possible.
