Estoy intentando configurar una puerta de enlace (en las instalaciones) para habilitar la "actualización automática" en mi informe, sin embargo, siempre obtengo el siguiente error:
La conexión a la base de datos es a través de ODBC, ya he configurado un sistema dns (Connection Successful) y ya he agregado un origen de datos a mi clúster (Connection Successful), pero el error sigue apareciendo y impidiéndome seleccionar la puerta de enlace en específico. ¿Alguien sabe cómo proceder?
@henriqu3nzo ¿qué pasa si hace clic en ese botón de flecha? ¿Es puerta de enlace personal o empresarial?
