Tengo una tabla en esta estructura (de una lista de SharePoint):

Me gustaría transformarlo (despivot, pivote, etc.) para obtener este resultado (por ejemplo):

Básicamente, me gustaría agrupar todas las columnas de preguntas, columnas de comentarios, columnas de puntos y columnas de motivo en sus propias columnas respectivas con las filas correspondientes.
¿Hay alguna manera de transformar mis datos para obtener ese resultado final?

Tendrá que encontrar el delimitador entre la pregunta 1 y los comentarios, puntos, etc.
Por ejemplo, si tiene Pregunta 1: Comentarios
Pregunta 1: Puntos
Pregunta 1: Razones perdidas
Si no tiene ese delimitador, puede usar una columna condicional para buscar texto que contenga Razones perdidas, Punto, Comentarios y usarlo para determinar qué parte de la pregunta responde.
