Hola, tengo datos donde tengo 4 registros que comienzan con el mismo nombre, pero la diferencia es un texto adicional para reconocer a quién pertenecen (ver figura), ¿cómo puedo hacer para que en la lista de selección aparezcan agrupados para tratarlos como un solo dato, ¿es posible?

@Juanjoge bien tienes que agruparlos, son estos solo 3 valores que necesitas agrupar
