want to post my BI metrics on my website for public to see

Hi all,

I've built multiple reports off Power BI desktop, I would like to put it on my small businesses website to have interactive graphs made available to the public.

Is this as easy as pasting an embedded link, are their any hidden costs involved?

Hey,

basically it's that easy.

From Power BI Desktop publish your report to "My Workspace" in the Power BI Service, then use the "Publish to web" from the file menu.

Please be aware, that all the data that is contained in your report, is going public, if you use the "Publish to web" feature.

There are no additional hidden costs.

Regards,
Tom

Hi,

While working for my company I did research on this? No one without a power BI account was able to see the information on the sharepoint site; only the creator.

Then I saw that you need to buy premium for all members in your business and outside to view the datax which is 5000 dollars a month?

We tested all this. Are we doing something wrong?
