user have no access to power bi app!

My company is having domain @greatcompany.com 

So I created an AD group and added and external user abc@contoso.com

within AD, he is as abc@contoso.onmicrosoft.com

I am not sure why he doesnt have access to the power BI app.

How do you share the app to external users?

If you add guest user in Azure potal, you can use access entire organization. You can also invite external users directly, but they can only open via email link.

Whether external users can view the content of the app is also related to his license. He needs at least a pro licence or report in premium capacity.
