A atualização manual tanto pela web como funcionará na área de trabalho, mais quando coloco para atualizar manualmente no modo agendado não atualizado e do erro abaixo. O gateway está funcionando normal porque nas atualizações de forma manual ele atualização sem erros.

Alguem poderia me ajduar.

Hi @OticasBrasil ,

What is your data source? if you are using Azure DevOps Server connector may experience issues connecting from desktop and also when refreshing the dataset in the service. It is currently suspected to be a server-side problem. This issue has been confirmed as a known issue internally. (ICM:307200975).

If not, please provide a screenshot with the schedule refresh error.

Are you using on-premises data gateway or personal mode? Please check if the gateway is updated to the latest version and also check if the PBIEgwService is always running on your server. 

If it doesnot work, please provide a screenshot with the refresh error.

Estou usando o on-premises data gateway, ultima versao instalada.

Pelo BPI-Deskptop ele atualiza sem erro.

Pelo Pbi-Web ele da erro de conexao.

Amigo, estava com o mesmo problema, e constatei que era o meu firewall, o servidor onde estava instalado o Gateway de Dados, não conseguia chegar em um determinado servidor SQL Server, após criação da regra no firewall funcionou normalmente no Pbi-Web.
