Hi @GopinathSunduru,

The error message is clear. What if you test with a small SSAS model and a simple visual?

1. Did all the visuals stop working?

2. How long was it last before this error message showed up?

3. I would suggest you check out the Data Gateway log to find out the details.

4. What's the size of the data model?

Best Regards,

Dale
