the gateway service is not started

Hello.
In the gateway configuration, the error "The gateway service is not running" is displayed.
But in window services "the on-premises data gateway service" working.

I can not connect to AnalysisServices of Power bi, Help.

On the server which you have installed the "On-Premise Data Gateway" you will have a "Services" area of your server configuration  (services.msc).  There will be a service related to the 'On-Premise Data Gateway' that may not have started.  I'd speak with your server team, as they should know what to look for.  You should be able to start the service manually from the right click menu when you select the service.
