sharing report with all company and Row Level Security for each employee

Hi,

I have a report consisting on a unique table with all employees of my company. I would like to share the report with all of them BUT they only can see the info of one line.

I created a Rol for RLS like this: [Email] = USERPRINCIPALNAME() and IT works but what I do not want is to include 1000 people (all my company) in this rol one by one.

IS there any way to include all employees in a rol at the same time?

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Ricardofaster,

I think nandukrishnavs's suggestion should help with your scenario.

If you confused to create a security group with all users, you can take a look at the following blog about use Powershell script to bulk add/remove users to a group from a CSV file. (you can export users list from your organization)

PowerShell: Bulk Add/Remove Users From Groups
