sharing of powerbi reports

hi team

i have one specific question to sharing of reports to external users . I belong to specific company and i got the pro license for create and deploy the reports where work space got created for dev team . But my users and business belongs to child company of my organization where the email and domain is completely different .

what are the best possible to option to share the work space created for us(parent company ) so that they should be able to see the updated data in reports by login .

Tested scnerio : when i published the reported and from service if i share the report to my users alias its failing with below error:

Failed to send email to invite users. Please try again later.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

should users also be added to members workspace created by power bi admin?.

In that case it will cost as license if the users are added to the group?.

I am not sure if admin can add the emails from other domains to the workspace created for dev team?

Maybe you can try to use azure b2b feature to invite them as guests to current origination, then you can create workspace to store shared contents and add them as group members.

@v-shex-msft : here i see azure portal and integration of external users with AAD.  Is this the process of doing it?

You can ask your tenant admin to do these on azure side, please confirm they have enough permission.
