scheduled refresh failes with : Transaction (Process ID 133) was deadlocked / Internal service

We have been seeing frequent data refresh failures( 4-5 times a week ) for a while now. some due to internal service errors and some due to database dead lock. I have started prev community threads with no solution so far --

Any suggestions on how to fix this ?

Failure Error msg1 : the last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error.

Have you tried to troubleshoot the deadlock issue? Please refer to the article suggested by v-qiuyu in your issue thread.

thanks simon, I havent had a chance to look at those, will look at them today. However that is just 1/3 rd of the problem . We frequently see Internal service errors( above) or Refresh cancelled errors (below) causing refresh failures. how do we resolve those ?
