I have a dataset that should refresh at 5 PM. So far normally the actual refresh would take place within the hour (between 5 and 6 pm). However the last month the refreshes are further delayed; 2 hours or more are no longer an exception.
I believe Microsoft should increase their resources, so that refreshes take place within 1/2 an hour of the scheduled time.
I remember sometime last year refresh schedules had delays and were not running at the scheduled time. Microsoft announced soon after they were aware of the issue and fixed it. Perhaps check for few more days and see if the same problem exists and report it to the team via Send a Frown.

Hi Thanks, yes I did spot that post but it did look like it is all resolved.
I will keep monitoring it and see what happens.
I have exactly the same issue. I am currently using a personal gateway for refreshes but in the process of setting up an enterprise gateway. Is it an issue for gateway type or is it both types?
It's a bit frustrating as the only thing I can think of is to schedule it an hour early or so but it's quite important that the refreshes run at a set time.
