row padding not the same as in PBI Desktop

Hi

i am facing the issue, that some tables in pbi desktop look fine, but when uploaded and later viewed in the APP, the row padding has increased.
At least, it jumps back to normal once i reload the same page. And it only appears on the first loaded page, the other pages seem to be adjusted afterwards.
This is very strange and having a bad effect on the user expericence, as on the first view, it looks like there is something wrong with the report.
Switching from Table to Matrix dit not help, same problem.

Does anyone have experience with this?

This is how it looks in PBI Desktop (Row padding set to 2)

This is how it looks when i first open the APP online. (same in Chrome and EDGE)
