resolution of reports too small on Power BI Service

Hello Community Users,

When trying to view published reports on Power BI service, I am getting a very low resolution of the reports.

Earlier it used to open well and fit on the scren very well. ResolutionError.PNG

But now it loads only on a fraction of screen.

I tried "Fit to Page", "Fit to Width" and "Actual Size" under the view option.

But none of them are giving the correct desired resolution.

Please help me with it.

Quite Urgent

Thanks in Advance

Nilesh

Hi @GLIDO,

By my tests, I cannot reproduce your issue in my site. My Browser is Google Chrome.

Do you have this for all of your reports in Power BI Service or the specific one?

If your issue for all the reports, please clear the cache and the cookie of your browser.

If your issue only for the specific one, could you share a similar dummy pbix file which can reproduce the issue, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)

In addition, you could have a test with my test pbix file which has been attached below.

Best Regards,

Cherry

Hi @v-piga-msft,

I tried as you suggested but it is not working.

While I am opening the same in Internet Explorer browser, I am getting the perfect resolution. Same when I am opening in google chrome but other machines, no problem with resolution in them too.

What else can I do ??

Thanks and Regards

Hi @GLIDO,

Have you tested with my attached pbix in your site?

If it works fine, could you share your dummy pbix which can reproduce the issue. You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)

Best  Regards,

Cherry
