reports sharing best practise ?

Hi Guys

current scenarios, having three reports ( different users access and business purpose), instead of creating three workspace,

I am thinking of creating just one workspace ( me and another user who has right access), and then share the reports using share reports, is this fine, my issues is, I don't want to maintain multiple workspace, one should be enough for me ?

Hi there

You can certainly do it that way.

You would still have 3 reports that you would need to maintain?

If so having them in 3 different App Workspaces means that you could publish them via the App experience, which allows you to customize the experience for the users and to also add in more functionality for the report consumers.

Both of the above would work.
