report subscription distribution limitation

Hi,

Is there a limitation with how many users can be on a distribution list for a PowerBI Report Subscription?  We are having an issue sending out a report to a large audience in our organization and the only thing we can come up with is that it's hitting a limitation on the number of users it's sending to (almost 300).  Is there any way around this or is there something else we're not thinking of?  We're using an O365 email distribution list to deliver the report, but it doesn't seem to matter.

Thanks,

Jeff

There's a limit to the number of subscribers for one report or dashboard. After you pass 200 subscribers, you may encounter issues with delivery. To reduce the number, use group email aliases instead. Each email alias counts as one subscriber.

Hi @arvindsingh802 ,

I'm quite new to different groupings in Microsoft 365 etc, so I have a question - when you say that one should use group email aliases, is that the same as using an AD group of the group type "Distribution" (in Windows Server AD)? Thanks in advance!
