"publish to web" problems

I'm having trouble publishing to web using Power BI. I keep getting the "content not available" when viewing the embedded link provided by the Power BI Service. I have followed all of the steps here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-publish-to-web.

I am the Power BI Admin for my tenancy, which is a sandbox right now.

Any help would be appreciated

Yes. The embed codes were showing up under the gear --> manage embed codes just a few hours ago but now it says "I have no embed codes"

What's really strange is that under Admin Portal--> Manage Embed Codes they appear listed but using the option to view on web shows "Content not available". I am going to delete all codes and try to re-share.

So i just deleted all of them and got a new code by going to a report --> File --> Publish to Web

I got the prompt displays "link you can send in e-mail" and here it is -

But doesn't work, just says content isn't available. I'm just using a demo pbix from Guy in a Cube. I have some other demo ones too but they all do the same thing. Where do I go next, is there a tech support? Thanks for your reply, BTW.

I think you need to check on the admin portal to confirm if 'publish to web' feature has disabled by your admin.
