"included in app"

Hi!

Is there a way to change the settings of an app workspace to have the "Included in App" set to OFF by default?

I can't seem to find thta setting.

Thank you!

Hi @Catalizt ,

Why did you want to set the option to off by default, as I know for the new content, you need to update the app to make them included in the app. Or you can set the app like this only adding specific content in the app to work on it, then although the included in app is on, the new report/dashboard will not be displayed in the app.

HI!

Thank you so much for your answer. We would like to use our workspace as a pseudo-PPE environment. If content in the workspace has been verified, THEN it would be published to the App.

We will have very different permissions for the Workspace and the corresponding App.

This will also be managed by multiple people and as far as I know, there is nothing to notify the admins if anything has changed. We would like that manual step to ensure content is not released into the App without review.

Is that available?

thank you!
